Abstract
This paper discussed a scientific and efficiency method of quality grading and evaluating for stamping parts of auto-body. The method contains some contents like these: 1 ) to put forward the conceptions of the coordinate directional permissible tolerance of a stamping part and the restrictive characteristics permissible tolerance on measured point surface; 2 ) to set up some formula calculating deviation value of measured points, deviation amount of measured points, ratio of deviation to all measured points, ratio of directional deviation, and excursion coefficient of measured points, 3 ) to describe the process of grading and evaluating the quality of the stamping part.
