Simulation of passenger’s responsive motion in vehicle frontal crash

Abstract

This paper aims to make a analysis on the responsive motion of passenger under the restriction of three-spot style belt when frontal crash happens on some domestic car, and makes an analysis on the safety capability in respect of safeguarding the passenger in the car based on passenger’s responsive motion, distortion of the cabin and passenger head HIC.
