Abstract
The issue of manufacturing ECU in Vietnam has been researched by the authors since 2000 and the first model was made in 2002. Though it is not perfect but primarily can affirm that the ECU absolutely can be manufactured in Vietnam [1]. Up to now, this product has been improved and testing continuously. By this way, one new version ECU was made and now has been testing in some cars from beginning of 2005. This article presents this new one and testing results.
