Abstract:

Vehicle dynamics is still a topical problem, solution of which can bring knowledge of vehicle behaviour. There exist many factors, that influences the vehicle behaviour such as tyre characteristics, mass distribution, structure and properties of suspension system… Study dynamic characteristics of vehicle can help to increase stability and safety of vehicle. This article presents simulation of vehicle behaviour by non-linear single-track plane model. Steady-state and non-steady state cornering of vehicle is presented in the article.
