Abstract

In this paper, the effect of low thermal conductivity material coatings on Diesel engine performance was presented. The improvement of Diesel engine performance is studied by using low thermal conductivity material coatings as LHR engines. Results obtained from the LHR engines were compared with the conventional engines. The conventional engines, which were different materials coated had better performance such as: fuel consumption and emission. The performance of the LHR engine-driven car was found satisfactory
