Abstract
The Helical gears are applied for transformation of rotation between parallel and crossed axes and the fitted parallel axis is popularly used for gearbox of automobile. Kinetic research of the Involute Helical Gears having parallel axes is to calculate the fitness of them. At the point contact of fitted tooth appears a normal force which caused an obstruct moment Mr on the drive gear. The normal force is defined by the two vectors on tangent plane and is subject to the helix angle of the tooth and profile angle of teeth’s deformation. The forces on x, y, z has different effects on the structure and the hugeness, which is specifically defined and measured. Base on this, it helps the calculation for design and the manufature technique of Involute Helical Gears for automobile transmissions.
