Abstract
Pistons of gasoline engines are made with the offset towards crank’s rotation. It makes some differences in piston's kinetics in comparison with normal design of diesel piston. These differences have great influence on working cycle in gasoline engine. All these have been shown in the article. Based on the analysis of them, some conclusion are made for offset choice
