Abstract
The cross-country characteristic is one of the important properties of the vehicle, it decides on effective using posibility of the car in the heavy road. In order to estimate the cross-country characteristic, the private norm and the general norm are given. These norms are relevant to the characteristic of the car’s structure and it’s using condition. Besides, the cross-country characteristic is also estimated by the general norm basing on the structural parameters of the vehicle. This report introduces the method of defining the cross-country norm basing on the structural parameters of the automobile.
