Abstract
AbstractPeriodically emissive inspection has been carrying out as from 1 Aufust 1999 for automotive vehicles with registration numbers in 4 central cities as Hanoi, Haiphong, Danang and Ho Chi minh City. period of time, emission standard level have been no longer suitable to current development of vehicle fleet. Executing the directive of the Government about strengthening the measures of environmental control and protection which the vehicle exhaust air pollution , it is necessary to set up a suitable plan of emission standard tightening for in-used vehicles. The plan draft has been proposed to the Government for deploying as from July 2006.
