Abstract
This paper surveys China's achievements in researching and developing clean vehicle during the National Ninth five-year-plan, including battery electric vehicle, fuel cell electric vehicle, traditional gasoline vehicle and alternative fuel vehicle. The paper also introduces the plan of developing the clean vehicle in China during the National Tenth five-year-plan.
