Abstract
The traffic of the vehicles in the roads takes place when there are three basic elements that are in connection in every moment. The first element is the road with its plan metric and altimetry peculiarities. The second element is the vehicle with its internal combustion engines and its equipments. The third element is the driver with his psychophysics peculiarities changeable in every man.
