ABSTRACT - As increasing of sales for vehicle with more intelligent function, the capacity of production line is very important for OEM. Saving time of every workstation in production line is an important and essential way. Based on ECU diagnostic function, EOL testing method is provided for production line in plant. The special diagnostic tool is developed by this method and the testing process is automatic and efficient, the result can be printed out and uploaded to server. The advantage of this method is not only saving workstation time, but also reducing the probability of false judgement by manually.
