ABSTRACT – In this paper, we present a system for generating simulations from real-world traffic situations. Therefore two low-budget cameras are used to record the vehicles environment. Both video streams get time synchronized after recording time and visual information about lanes and vehicle positions are being extracted. Those information are then used to generate a representation of vehicles positions and movements on the road which can be used to derive a simulation of the recorded scenario.
