ABSTRACT –
Recently, OEM is being globalized, seat is requested to be enhanced comport feeling for various body shape in the entire world. Seats are essential part to be lighter because it has 5% proportion of total vehicle weight, so it is requested comfortable and light design. The purpose of this study is to enhance comfort of side bolster and lumbar which has most weak support for driver and to optimize the adjuster system by decreasing weight and cost, increasing usability.
