ABSTRACT - FSAE formula car competition is an international competition. The paper is based on the design of a college FSAE racing car, and studies the design method of engine, braking system and aerodynamic package. Redesign the intake and exhaust system of the engine, and recalibrate the engine ECU based on the bench test to make sure the best performance of the engine. According to the requirements of FSAE rules, determine the car's braking system, selected the appropriate design size to guarantee the requirement of the brake-strength.
