ABSTRACT - Analysis of vibration signals of gearbox fault diagnosis is the most effective, most commonly used method. Cepstrum analysis method had been successfully applied in the field of audio analysis, its advantage lies in any period or in the spectrum of repetitive patterns can be identified as the Cepstrum of one or two specific component, this advantage can extract the vibration signal specific component, in dynamic state, observe the vibration signal characteristic information of failure gear in the running process to analysis and fault diagnosis. In this paper, collecting the gearbox vibration signals and analysis Cepstrum features in the running process, so as to realize the gearbox fault, analysis and diagnosis.
