ABSTRACT –
Today, various working components are present in the interior of a vehicle for the convenience; these working components have fluid-based damping system to control operating quality. But, it is difficult to apply because high cost of fluid material. In order to solve correlation between the cost increase and high quality, this study suggests new damping system using solid-base material at low cost. New damping system achieved equal quality with fluid-based damping system through generates pressure around the rotating axis directly and reduced cost of 45% compare to fluid based damping system
