Abstract

The study is a technique for analyzing the body weight, to optimize the mechanical properties of the steel. The mechanical characteristics of how to share the elastic region and the plastic region analyzed cross-sectional characteristics of each region. It demonstrated the basic principle that the thickness compensation effect and will try to explain about the optimal design techniques. The optimized design techniques are introduced load analysis, sensitivity analysis, such as energy equivalence law.And it will be referred to for the optimized thickness processing method.

Conclusion: The study does not think the definitive thickness optimization. The study is to establish if only a little because the theory will be based on the thickness chosen to live a little and one day but the idea would be to develop know-how also selected as thick structural design know-how.
