Abstract

This paper is based on 3D Pro/E software widely used by the truck manufacturers, and uses a 6×4 tractor as an example to set up the shaft frame model, by using sensitivity analysis,checks working length limit of the shaft in the movement of drive axle.Through selection and buildment of the key variables affecting the truck propeller shaft length in the model,Within the specified range,make the computer give variable assignment automatically and measure the length of the corresponding truck propeller shaft,Then the sensitivity curve of the truck propeller shaft length and variable is obtained,with which to solve the limit of the shaft length.
