In this paper, the three-dimension structural virtual design concept and its basic methods are simply introduced, and a basic idea of the software system development is proposed. The optimization mathematics model was set up for typical automobile structures subjected to many loads. Finally, two three-dimension structural topology designs about automobile typical structures examples are given. These examples show that the proposed method is very valid and effective for the complex three-dimension structural topology optimization, and is of wide engineering application prospect.
