Currently, there are several kinds of Unified Chassis Control system in automotive market. UCC system is developed for the improvement of the vehicle dynamics performance including stability and ride comport. Through the Previous works, we developed an unified chassis control system including Electric Power Steering, Electronic Stability Control and Continuous Damping Control system. From the previous results, we could know that EPS system has a limitation of control bandwidth regarding the lateral vehicle dynamics performance because it´s torque control characteristic. Previous UCC system operates frequently ESC system to keep the vehicle stability and it cause disadvantage as NVH, fun to driving, tire performance. In this paper, we proposed an advanced unified chassis control system. In advanced UCC system, AFS & Air suspension will be integrated into the previous developed UCC. Active Front Steer system control a side slip angle through additional angle to driver maneuver. This additional angle enables to control the steering characteristics actively. Also, Electronic Air Suspension system reduces the influence of weight distribution that make an impact on ESC performance. Advanced UCC system enhances vehicle safety, performance with the well balanced control scheme.
