Improving driver's feel for vehicle manipulation is one of the most important point on vehicle development process. From this point of view, ordinary vehicle dynamics modeling is not always appropriate tool for vehicle-driver analysis. In this paper, a vehicle body's motion equations is derived on inertial coordinate system which always overlapped on vehicle body fixed coordinate. All terms in equations of motion are substantial on inertial coordinate system. Therefore, this equation of motion is more suitable to analyze driver's motion feel compare with ordinary vehicle equation of motion based on moving coordinate.
