Abstract

In order to clarify the influence of the vibration output from the powertrain on the occupant, attention was paid to the amount of fluctuation of the steering wheel G, the floor G, and the driveshaft torque, and we quantitatively verified the association between sensory evaluation and vibration physical value. Assuming practical use in development, we created the subjective point map for each vehicle and replaced the vehicle score with the physical value. In addition, 1D simulation technology for quantitatively predicting the torque fluctuation of the driveshaft from the torque amplitude of the clutch was constructed. Furthermore, in order to examine the clutch specification that satisfies the vibration target value of the clutch, detailed design method using 3D simulation and quality engineering was studied. As a result, the vibration target value of the vehicle body was specified as an upstream requirement, and a clutch design process was built on the premise.
