Abstract

The task of research work is to reduce the dynamic loading of the elements of the vehicle's transmission with hybrid module. One of the ways to solve this problem is to use computer simulation of the dynamics of car systems. Computer modeling by numerical methods makes it possible to repeatedly use the mathematical model in one-type numerical experiments, which can allow to optimize the characteristics of the developed parts, thereby reducing the significant time, labor and material costs for prototyping and carrying out a large amount of experimental and debugging work at the design stage. The article presents the results of mathematical simulation of the dynamic loading of a mechanical system of vehicle. The characteristics of the dynamical system of the transmission are determined on the basis of the Fourier series expansion of an exact numerical solution of the system dynamics equation. The developed mathematical model allows to estimate the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the transmission, on the basis of which the required elastic-dissipative parameters of the torsional vibration damper are determined.
