Abstract
Passenger Airbag is a device to protect the passenger in the event of a collision. To ensure deployment stability of Airbag, the cushion should not be disturbed during deployment and support the high force produced during deployment. The door is a structure that binds the cushion at the time of deployment and opens it at the right time to guide the cushion deployment. The task was performed with the goal of establishing a design guide for the door hinge structure to ensure deployment stability.
