Abstract

t is difficult to calculate the inertia simulation range of the brake test-bed when the electric inertia is used to simulate vehicle load while braking. The accuracy and convenience of the inertia simulation range calculation for the brake test-bed are beneficial to the rational allocation of the mechanical inertia of the test-bed and the improvement of the simulation accuracy. Based on the binary linear relationship between inertia and braking torque, the calculation criterion of dynamic simulation range of the ternary relationship among braking torque, speed and inertia is established, which solves the problem that it is difficult to calculate the simulation range of inertia of test bench under non-uniform braking torque condition. By the binary and ternary equations of inertia simulation range, the calculation software of inertia simulation ability is developed. The inertia of electric simulation is affected by both braking torque and rotational speed. Filtering the data of rotational speed and braking torque can improve the accuracy of calculation results. The innovation of this paper is to propose a method for calculating the range of inertia under constant pressure. It realizes the function of dynamic inertia simulation range calculation under braking condition, and provides a convenient calculation method for the combination configuration of mechanical flywheel and electric inertia.
