Abstract
Low heat losses of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) demand a separate heating device. Electrical and fuel operated heating systems – ideally combined – can guarantee rapid and efficient heating of the passenger compartment. Eberspächer represents the state-of-the-art for both heating systems, and it presents concepts for the heating of the interior of vehicles with electric powertrain.
