Among the many points of view and research stages in the field of the automobile dynamics we are studying fundamental subjects by focusing on the improvement of automobile dynamic behavior. Considering the importance of the braking processes, we are studying hydraulic brake systems, the suspensions, tires parameters and road characteristics. Although automobile behavior during braking has been studied by many authors, most of the investigations have been dealt the simple dynamic models evaluating only suspension and automobile inertia characteristics. The analysis of the influence of driver reaction, hydraulic brake system of automobile, interaction tires with the surface have rarely been reported.

The modern automotive braking system has been refined for over 100 years and has become extremely dependable and efficient. The typical disc braking system consists of a disc (rotor), caliper housing, a piston, seal and pads. When braking, the system generates fluid pressure which pushes the piston towards the shoe with lining, forcing the shoe with lining to rub against the disk and generating the braking torque to stop the vehicle. When studying the dynamics of the automobile braking process, an impact of the most important parameters of the braking system on the breaking process shall be taken into consideration [13]. The following parameters of the braking system may be considered as the most important: the hydraulic system, brake fuel physical characteristics, caliper housing, elastic and damping characteristics of braking pads, the initial distance and friction coefficient between the pad and the disc, the characteristics of the vehicle suspension, the interaction between the wheel and road surface. This article deals with the automobile three-dimensional model with the hydraulic braking system, the suspension as well as the dynamic processes of the interaction between the wheel and road surface.
