ABSTRACT

This worksheet is a contribution to the systematization of information, which are achieved in experimentation and exploitation of road vehicles based on a long period of organization in road research. All thaws plentiful and correct, the information cannot be used in a feedback addressed to the design phase if the output results are not systematized pursuant to the certain theory. The authors consider that the principles of reliability are most adequate to distinguish the behavior of road vehicle parts after a certain period of exploitations. For this cause, the patterns are designed to allow the obtaining on graphical and analytical ways of correspondences between the effective repartition of imperfection and repartition function adopted as pattern. The experimental data processing allow a multicriteria selection regarding the design requirements, experiments and fabrication of these characteristics which are important in the decision phase. The present conveyance contain final results of running of a research project selected and financed by Environmental European Association with TOMINI Trading founds. This paper is a contribution to systematization of dates from experiments and exploitation of road vehicles based on a long period in research organization. Information even is reach and accurate could not be used in a feedback for design phase, if the results are not determinate regarding a certain theory. The authors considered the reliability principles have the most adequate for characterization of road vehicle parts type. The patterns are designed to allow on graphic way also in analytic mode the concordance between the effective repartition of failures and the repartition function adopted as pattern. Experimental data processing allowing multicriteria selection, regarding the necessities of design, bench experiment and fabrication of those characteristics that are important in decision process. In this paper are treated only failure patterns of road vehicle parts, which have an influence in pollution.
