ABSTRACT:

In the paper is presented the main heat exchange mechanism that is take place trough the walls, from combustion space to external atmosphere and the influence of the load and engine speed over the size of the evacuated heat. It is also propounded heat exchange optimization in order to obtain the output rise and also the fuel consumption and pollution cutting down. These objectives are wanted to be achieved by using special materials and a new scheme based on thermal pipes.
