ABSTRACT:
The authors have shown the preoccupations regarding the negative impact of pollution generated by vehicles throughout the central net area.
The following steps were pursued in order to establish the specific elements for a microadjustments programme: measurements, modelling and simulation.
With the use of the specific mathematical algorithm, for the given situation, the necessary elements (green light times, etc) are obtained by applying an informational system which perfects the green light times and for that reduces the pollution.
