ABSTRACT:

The paper shows the kinematical possibilities for the three plan bars mechanisms. The mechanisms that allow a flat angle rotation for the last element is being studied. Diagrams show the trajectories and the laws of motion, as kinematical possibilities. A model for the reversing mechanism for the PRP-6 plough is done followed by an analysis with finite elements method. This way, the stress and the displacements zone will be highlighted. Some appropriate programmes are used in order to obtain the trajectories and the laws of motion followed by the use of a soft with finite element method for the stress analysis for the mechanism elements.
