Abstract
This article is focused on presenting Six Sigma program, an assurance one which correctly used will determine satisfactory results regarding client’s satisfaction. In the beginning of the article it will be presented the targets that Six Sigma program involves in every department. After that, the dual focus of the program, the fundamental elements program levels and specific ways of thinking so that it could be understood and applied better the method. Further, the Design for Six Sigma concept will described and a comparison between it and Six Sigma will be made. In the end Six Sigma organization structure will be described.
