Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a much exerted term, which is normally rarely a characteristic drawn on for company controlling or corporate management. Although with the ever growing and stronger cutthroat competition it can gain decisive meaning or importance. Customer service is an important factor for all companies in the adding value car chain. It is a measurable size and perfectly suitable to continually improving its service quality perceived by customers.
