ABSTRACT

In this paper the emphaisis is laid upon on the passengers comfort from the passenger’s compartment concerning the interior noise obtained through transmitting vibrations of driveline. The authors made an analysis in the frequency of the noise transmitted on the structural way through the system TestPoint, using the Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT). In order to achieve the measurements, two sensors have been used, located on the engine and another on the vehicle’s body. The analysis of frequency has been achieved for three different engine speeds.
