ABSTRACT:
The paper presents the results of the Cluj-Napoca city road traffic simulation. Using the traffic measured microscopic and macroscopic parameters, we designed an electronic map of vehicles displacement simulation. The route of displacements for different traffic conditions was simulated. The driving signs and signals were considered for Cluj-Napoca city routes and the time of displacement for different targets can be determined, in accordance with the considered traffic conditions.
