Abstract

Abstract: The state`s institutions must dispose of highly efficient methods to control pollution. It is necessary to settle the level of emissions that can be released in the air by different pollution sources and the maximum concentration of polluters in the locality`s air. Technological improvements that reduce pollution have been compensating by an increased traffic as a result the exhaust gas pollution is still raising. Motor vehicles, especially cars, are the number one source of air pollution in Europa`s urban areas. It is estimated that by the year 2050 the globe population will reach 8.1billions and the number of cars 3.4 billions. If in this period of time nothing in done the earth will not have enought energy to sustain the people and the cars.
