Abstract
Abstract: Environment de-pollution by treating the ELV represents a very actual activity, taking into consideration that the Romanian automotive park is quite old. As a consequence it is a need for developing national strategies, and this imposes deployment of some zonal centers for dismantling and treating ELV. This paper presents the objectives that must be pursued while analyzing the environmental impact represented by ELVs, which impose the deployment of such zonal centers.
