Abstract

Hybrid vehicle architecture implies the use of high power interface with high current and/or high voltage. The motors and converters used for functional aspects generate current and/or voltage variations. These variations are at the origin of electromagnetic fields that can disturb the receivers of the vehicle (Radio, TV and communication systems) but also the environment. This problem will imply the use of shielded wires. Since several definitions are possible for the shielding structure, with different cost levels associated, we need to have a method to size it correctly in function of the need. In this paper we are going to describe the methodology used to achieve this goal: "The suited shielding for certain architecture".
