Abstract
The authors group has developed a flow rate meter based on the laser Doppler anemometer (LDA). The LDA flow rate meter will be expected in the real time fuel injection rate monitoring under a firing condition. In the present study, a compact-size LDA optical system is developed using a diode laser. Moreover, an integrated post signal processing program is proposed combined with Doppler signal acquisition circuit. The new system is applied for high-pressure gasoline injection system
