Abstract
The new transmission control system concept for high-speed tracked vehicles with two planetary gearboxes was realized. GC TRONIC was named. It based on use electrohydraulic parts and microcontroller as electronic control device. Automatic and controlled gear change process under load is provided, without use main clutch except for start. Basic information about this system is given and gear change output characteristics are reviewed on the test stand achieved with the real transmission.
