Abstract
It is an environment-protecting car which use high-compressed air as source of power. Simple batteries charged by using ordinary 220v electricity are used to assist the starting in case of lack of enough compressed air. This is a really environment-protecting ,innovative, practical, low-cost, easily-operated green safe car Industrialization is an innovative managerial project in which present techniques in the society are coordinated and certain working units are joined while key techniques are held, producing the most profit at lowest cost .The combination of some advanced managerial methods and our own forms our managerial innovation.
