Abstract
The auto frame line is another important painting product line designed and constructed by JMC, it has been running for a long time, made a distinct quality and economic benefit.. The use of special crane was adopted in the design of this line, that was diverse from other traditional painting line in China, so it could make cost saving and room space saving. In addition the product cost was greatly reduced by introducing advanced management mode in the aspects of technics, chemical materials and product managing from Ford Company.
