ABSTRACT:

Processing of materials with than more 55 HRC hardness requiring use unconventional methods or adjustment proceeding, for receive quality and accuracy assess by technical conditions. For these reasons, in last ten years research assess an unconventional method for editing, with great precision through assistant classical proceeding by ultrasonic constrained vibrations, with low amplitude. In these paper is demonstrated a new and modern technology editing of valves engine internal ignite, special editing with ultrasonic vibrate-splintering. Valves are adapted very good at editing through vibrate-splintering, because the great ratio between length and diameter of valves shaft able to warping quickly in conventional editing. Technologic equipment is so simply and redeemable very quickly in series or quantity productions.
