ABSTRACT
The paper discusses some general requirements for developing an Information Quality Management System (IQMS) in the companies from automotive industry that are going to implement ISO/TS 16949. The paper presents the structure of IQMS and of the main databases for OLTP/OLAP information technologies and also the concept of Quality Data Warehouse (QDW) applied in the context of the requirements of ISO/TS 16949.
