ABSTRACT:
In this paperwork we suggest a cinematic design for a transmission with two parallel power fluxes, a mechanical one and a hydrostatic one, power sum up differential. The suggested transmission entirely carries out the main clutch and gearbox functions and it can be easily automated. This transmission is able to work in two ways: hydro-mechanic transmission and entirely mechanic transmission.
We present a calculation algorithm to determine the total transmission ratio and to establish the total efficiency of utilization of the suggested hydro-mechanic transmission. We analyze the factors that affect the transmission ratio and the efficiency of utilization and we present the results for all calculations.
We also make a short comparative technical-economical analysis of the mechanic, hydrostatic and hydro-mechanic transmissions.
