ABSTRACT:

On tackles the injection process dynamics from the energetically and transient process quality point of view.

On define the nominal total energy and its components, necessary for the liquid fuel transport through the high-pressure conduit from the hydraulic generator (the injection pump) to the injector with hydraulic control (the injection pump) and on obtain analytically, its minimization (the optimal passing section).

The paper analyses, also, the transient movement for the injection priming obtaining the priming time. This is a quality indicator of the injection equipment dynamic analytically determined with a good estimation, function of the crankshaft angle, representing a delay that must be compensated with an adequate advance.

On defines originally formulae for the total energy En to obtain the hydraulically parameters (flow rate Q, pressure p, hydraulically power Nh) and for the transient hydraulically power.

The numerical study was accomplished for injection equipment for a well-known internal combustion engine, autochthonous produced.
