ABSTRACT:
This paper presents a novel view on examining the operating modes of vehicle electrical supply systems with a focus on alternator voltage controller and battery performance improvement.
By analyzing the supply system operating conditions a modified voltage control system and strategy were proposed and tested in order to improve the battery's state of charge at different temperature.
