Fee includes 21 % VAT.
* All you need to do is register and pay for FISITA World Congress 2021 by 10th November 2020. Please put a code FISITA2020 into the note box when completing the registration form for the FISITA World Congress 2021. Payment must be received by 10th November 2020. After this date, all unpaid papers will be withdrawn from the programme.
The Fee for publishing a paper provides:
• on-line publishing of your paper and your pre-recorded presentation at the FISITA Web Congress 2020,
• access to all FISITA Web Congress 2020 papers and presentations on the FISITA Web Congress Paper Database until 12 September 2021 and
• 40 EUR discount for the FISITA World Congress 2021 registration.
• The first author can claim the discount only. If a first author pays the registration fee for publishing two or three papers, he/she is entitled to a discount for each presented paper.
• The discount is included in the standard fee. If you use the special offer, the discount is not applicable but the fee for publishing your paper at the FISITA Web Congress 2020 is free.

HOW TO PAY FOR PUBLICATION OF YOUR PAPER(S) AT FISITA WEB CONGRESS 2020
Standard fee: To pay for your paper(s) please fill in the on-line Publication Form
First, fill in the Personal Data Form and continue to choose the number of presented papers.
Special offer: If you decide to use the special offer, all you need to do is to register and pay for FISITA World Congress 2021 by 10th November 2020 at the latest! Please put a code FISITA2020 into the note box when completing the registration form for the FISITA World Congress 2021. METHODS OF PAYMENT
The fee for the paper(s) must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card
For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa, and Diners Club.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 28th October 2020 only. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System.
All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of each party.
FINAL INVOICE
The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the confirmation of the payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Congress Secretariat must be notified by e-mail at fisita2020@guarant.cz in case of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
Cancellation conditions:

In case of any change of registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
